Do you allow 1 night stays?
            2 night stay minimum, 3 on long weekends.

           Unfortunately not, this is an adult oriented space
Can we bring our pets?
           Sorry, no pets
How many suites do you have?
            We have 2 suites: Tall Cedars (upstairs) and Tea Garden (main floor)
What is the difference between the 2 suites?
            Click HERE for a video tour to best describe the suites. Tall Cedars is a studio style layout with a small kitchenette and a large outdoor covered deck. Tea Garden has a one bedroom style layout with a larger kitchenette (it has a cooktop and basic cookware) with a smaller outdoor covered area.
How many people can you accommodate?
            2 adults per suite maximum

All prices are based on double occupancy. Adult oriented. No kids, no pets, no smoking/vaping anywhere on property. 

Rates subject to Canadian Applicable Taxes

A non refundable deposit of one night's room rate is processed at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival and is charged to your credit card. Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit with a valid credit card and a confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you. If you need to change dates for your reservation more than 60 days ahead there is a $50 change fee, 30-60 days is $100, 15-30 days is $200. We do not refund deposits. Any balance remaining on your deposit after applying the change fee will be held as a credit and applied to your next reservation.
If less than 14 days cancellation notice is given we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we are unable to secure a replacement booking.
*Exceptions would be made if there were public health orders in place prohibiting travel to the Sunshine Coast; in which case your full deposit would be held as a credit for a future stay without penalty fees. 
Please note the cancellation policy also applies to reservations booked with Gift Certificates.
''No Shows'' (i.e. no cancellation notice) and unscheduled early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.
In order to be fair to our practitioners all spa treatments, booked either a la carte or in a package, require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $75 will apply per treatment.
