Stop in at Off the Edge in Sechelt or Elphi Cycles in Gibsons/Sechelt and they can give you a full rundown on all the local trails and mountain biking in the area. They do rentals and guided tours as well. Check out Coast Gravity Park in Porpoise Bay for some amazing downhill mountain biking with shuttles
There are several hiking trails in the area ranging from a 15-minute stroll to a 1-hour hike. Explore the 10,000 year old growth forest of the Caren Range, or Skookumchuck Narrows with 5 meter (15 ft) tides and the largest salt water rapids .
Boating and Beaches
